Maine.
The voting I really care about on Tuesday takes place in Maine. Polls indicate that the electorate their is split down the middle on repealing marriage equality.

Come on Mainiacs. Stand up against the haters. This is a critical vote.

2. Maine Secretary of State expecting a 35% voter turnout
http://morningsentinel.mainetoday.com/news/local/7049582.html

"AUGUSTA -- Secretary of State Matt Dunlap is predicting a 35 percent voter turnout on Tuesday, despite heavy advertising and get-out-the-vote efforts on both sides of the same-sex marriage debate.

Dunlap based his estimate on the number of requests for absentee ballots, which he said has been strong for a referendum election, but nowhere near the number of requests for a presidential vote.

And while voters seem to be picking up ballots, they aren't returning them as fast as he would have anticipated."

3. Hopefully the pro-gay rights people are more motivated to get out and vote
As Rachel pointed out - they are 0 - 30 on this sort of referendum - this could be the first victory for this issue to date.

VOTE!!!
