Screwed pooches and jumped sharks

I **really** hope NY23 is a look into the future. First the absolute crazies backed the Conservative Party guy. That was hardly more than entertainment. Then the less-than-totally-batshit-crazy repubicans backed the Conservative Party guy. People like "Can I Ride Your Coattails And Bask In Your Glow" Pataki. Guys like former Mullet Wearer and presidential hopeful Pawlenty struts his shit for the Conservative Party Guy. Then the "mainstream" repubicans are falling all over themselves to jump onto the "I Am Crazier Than Your Sorry Ass bandwagon as they line up to back some far right kook who's political kin were last elected 75 years ago. Oh yeah, and the godfather of the crazies, Newtie-poo, gets shoved aside as **he** backed Scozzafava (I totally LOVE saying that name!).

Then Scozzafava says scuzzi and bags it and endorses the Democrat!

Yeah, I know. We're getting our ass kicked in Virginia and we may also lose New Jersey but those two races are explainable by conventional theories. NY23 is on the other side of the Looking Glass, though.

I, for one, am loving it.

I hope hope hope we don't lose VA AND NJ..
Hope Corzine pulls it out.

I have to give props to Ms Scozzafava.. She is showing more courage than a lot of the Dems currently in Congress.
