in court, it's a fools errand and a waste of time & money.

There were a lot of people who believe they KNOW OJ was guilty, but it couldn't be proven!

In this case, we have the testimony of Scooter and a half dozen others, along with Dick's own public admission that he authorized the Plame takedown. Nothing stands between Dick and a trial other than having the will to convene a Grand Jury to indict him.

Frankly, any one who claims that they "can't remember" to the extent that Dick Cheney, Alberto Gonzales and others of the past administration did should be declared incompetent and locked up in padded rooms for their own protection. On a serious note - was Dick actually under oath or was that just his answers to questions asked by the FBI? If the first, perjury sounds reasonable. If the second, charge him with obstructing a federal investigation.
