Does Anybody Here Think That There Is Now A Full Court Press On To Find Osama Bin Laden.......
and capture or kill him?

Was just thinking - if this would happen - would there then be a good reason to get out of Afghanistan?

Hillary was pretty tough on the Pakistani's.

I'm wondering if this might be going on in the background of all these Joint Chiefs, etc meetings.

Any ideas here?

1. Seeing that he's probably been dead for at least 6 years
I highly doubt finding Osama is the goal right now...but I could be wrong.

4. I Know That We Keep Hearing That He's Been Dead Now For A Long Time......
if so - why hasn't the Obama administration confirmed that. They have no reason to keep his spirit alive like BushCo did. So IMHO I think that OBL is still around and being sheltered somewhere in Pakistan.

I know that some here will reference Benazar Bhutto and her comments about OBL before she was killed.

I'm just thinking that if OBL is dead - we would know by now.

9. If the Obama administration
Was interested in truly opening up what happened over the past 8 years don't you think more documents would have been released?

5. If he's alive, I believe he'll be left alone.
My theory is that his capture, imprisonment, and possible execution will REALLY bring on Jihad from Indonesia to the Middle East to Africa to here at home. At this point, he's seen as a holy man for successfully standing up to this country with all its military might and power and money.

7. I think he is dead and Bush knew it. But bush got us into a hugh mess over there
and I think he should suffer consequences. I think that Cheney and Bush should be legally silenced even though they now claim to be citizens, they are still guilty of many crimes. I think that we cannot get out of Afghanistan nor quit working out an approach to Pakistan. The largest and most looming problem is not Bin Ladin but is terrorists getting control of nuclear weapons. This should be the focus all over the planet by and in every Country working together to stop the violence and threats that are possible.

8. Yes, the Pres knows that ending the war in Afghanistan without finishing our main goal of going
there would be seen differently as if we catch him or at least proof that he's dead before we pull out.

It'll make Obama look like the Hero and that he came in and cleaned up Bush's mistake, rather than just pulling out.

12. Well Said... Osama who?? It's oil... yep fucking Oil...
But there is no oil in Afghanastan you say???

Yes it's fucking a War for oil my friends...

Google "trans Afghan pipeline" do a little reading...

You will find this has been in the works long before 911...

911 is just how they sale this war to the American people and get our approval for it.

It's all a fucking sham started by duesch bag Bush... and this new administration is continuing what was started by that evil regime. And I voted for Change... What a fucking joke.

16. I'd use a half-court trap against him
If his team has a half-way decent outlet passer it's less likely they'd get an easy lay-up
