The prairie and southern states (generally more traditional and conservative) are in red, the western desert and pacific region is blue, the northeast/upper-midwest is green.

These are hypothetical political, economic, and cultural divisions, each sustainable on its own.

Since the red states and blue/green states have clearly grown apart, why not give each part the type of America best suited for them without the interference/obstruction of "virtual cultural foreigners" dedicated to a much different vision?

Why continue in a divisive forced national marriage where everybody loses and nobody is satisfied? Just like the peaceful separation of Czechoslovakia into the Czech Republic and Slovakia, there comes a time to objectively recognize that each part would be happier and better off when separated into more cohesive nations more in control of their own destiny.
