An American airport security guard has pleaded not guilty to threatening to shoot US President Barack Obama. snip

He denies making the threat and has also pleaded not guilty to possession of hollow-point bullets and a stolen gun.

The gun was among 40 firearms allegedly recovered from his residence following his arrest.

3. I think the whole deal is going to come down to she said he said type of stuff.
I doubt that he'll be convicted of anything significant. If anything he MAY plead out to some single misdemeanor.

He went through all that trouble to license all his handguns and is stupid enough to have a stolen rifle? I think he may have purchased it thinking it was a legit purchase. It happens more often than people realize.

The hollow point ammo (which does NOT penetrate a vest any more than a standard ball round does - often less so) is legal to posses in N.J. It is not legal to have it loaded IN the firearm. It has not been reported if the ammo was a box of ammo or found loaded into a firearm.

I see LOTS of wiggle room here.
