Chuck Todd To Shave Goatee Following Dodgers Loss, Bet With Jake Tapper
Chuck Todd has lost the "Goatee Gamble."

The NBC News White House Correspondent entered into a bet with ABC News White House Correspondent Jake Tapper: if the Dodgers won the NLCS, Tapper would have to grow a goatee; if the Phillies won, Todd would have to shave his.

The alternative would be to donate $1,000 to the other's favorite charity, with Tapper supporting Dr. Shershah Syed — who he described as "an ob/gyn devoting himself to saving impoverished women in his native Pakistan" — and Todd supporting Samaritan Inns — which he described as providing "housing and recovery services to homeless and addicted men and women."

The Phillies beat the Dodgers 10-4 Wednesday night to clinch the National League pennant and move on to the World Series.

"So the last time I shaved the goatee, it took a while. First a close trim, then the electric, finally, the straight razor," Todd Tweeted shortly thereafter. "So maybe I need a professional. Old school barber? Ideas?" he .

Good for you Chuck! Glad to see you'd rather shave your goatee and get a hearty guffaw and the attention than to donate $1000 to an ob/gyn devoting himself to saving impoverished women in Pakistan.

Prick.

1. Here's an idea, Chuck.
Oil up your hands so they're really slippery. Now grab the straight razor and......

Oh, did you slip and slit your own throat? Aw, damn..... what a shame :evilfrown:

2. I don't much care for Chuck Todd. He's just not very good in my opinion.
His partisanship shows through a lot, and he doesn't correct Republicans when they tell lies during interviews. That is a disservice to everyone viewing.

And I remember his attitude back before the elections, when a bunch of us from DU complained about the Republicans getting three or four times the coverage of Democrats. Even when confronted with the facts, he said he thought the air time was appropriate.

Calling him a Prick is being very generous. He should keep the face fur and donate the bucks. He'll probably scare little kids and viewers without it!
