those dark cherries with stems. I ate a whole bag when they were abundant this summer. 8 years of hot flashes ceased. I did not know that was the cause until I was discussing the issue with a new friend who said, "My mom ate cherries". I started realizing....they'd just stopped...I think it was the cherries.

There must be some way to get that nutrient when they aren't in season.

We were *actually* being very good children; we went to the saloon very early, like 3:30 in the after thinking like (cause I have to be at a design group in SF in the morning and hubby's doing his whatever stuff in the 'financial dist' in the city so it's all like omg what-ev'er) but then the electrical or power/SMUD stuff or some such went *out* *in* the saloon not long after we put some money in the juke box so we were all like 'fuck it we're staying till the power comes back on' and watching people play pool in the dark was way cool & funny and THAT is likely only part of why I am up at this, wait...lemme see: 12:35am ;)
