Since GWB got BOTH of his tax measures through the senate
with less than 60 votes.. Why does it seem every article I read about health care from all the "usual" sources NONE of them seem to think doing the same for health care.. I.E. getting it thru the senate by by-passing the filibuster.. is an option??.. They all just talk and talk about having to need 60 votes like NOT going the way of passing the 60 vote test would be above the pale???

4. Well that I don't know.
They always seem overly worried. Look at how many timed Reid backed down over the *threat* of Republican filibuster. I can't explain it.
