Why do news outlets legitmize Sarah Palin's Facebook writings by reporting them..
when its pretty clear to me..that she doesn't write them herself? It's pretty clear her Facebook account is just a mouthpiece for whatever the hired neo-con team that is behind her..Joe Wilson hired a Twitter writer..

2. There is no way in hell she is writing those herself.
Completely unlike her speaking style and they contain correct punctuation and grammar.

Palin reportedly creating a new political group
Posted by Alaska_Politics

From Sean Cockerham in Anchorage --

It looks like Sarah Palin is forming a new political organization, although the details are sketchy.

Cindy Adams, a gossip columnist in the New York Post,
reported Monday that it would be called “Stand up for Our Nation.”

Palin spokeswoman Meg Stapleton, who has kept her phone voice mail full for the past year, never responded to any of my emailed questions about whether it was for real or not.

But the Wall Street Journal (who also had the obligatory “Palin’s spokeswoman, Meghan Stapleton, did not respond to numerous requests for comment,”) today apparently got ahold of the treasurer for SarahPAC who allowed as to how “there will be an announcement about it coming up.”

Palin legal defense fund lives on
Posted by Alaska_Politics

From Sean Cockerham in Anchorage –

The fate of Sarah Palin’s legal defense fund remains a mystery, as the fund's web site continues to solicit donations more than three months after an investigator hired by the state said it appeared to be in violation of state ethics law.

The state personnel board has taken no public action on the July 14 report by its investigator, Tom Daniel, that found “probable cause” the Alaska Fund Trust was in violation of statute. All that’s known is that the personnel board has not followed up on the report with the filing of any formal accusation, which would trigger a potential hearing or penalties.

“Unless the subject of the complaint waives confidentiality or an accusation is served this matter remains confidential. To the best of my knowledge neither of these events has occurred,” said Nicki Neal, the state’s personnel director.

One thing that's clear is that the disclosure of who contributed to the fund never happened. Kristan Cole, the trustee of the fund, said this summer that there would be disclosures four times a year, with the first likely coming in mid-August.

“The matter still remains under advisement,” Cole said this week when asked about whether the plan to disclose had been abandoned.

Cole did not respond to questions about the status of the fund or how much it’s raised to this point.
