Eventually there will probably about 15-20 shots you will be required to have and some will march right to the doctor and those who question them will be ridiculed.

Yeah, if you have the flu every year you're going to age your immune system much more rapidly than it would otherwise age - welcome to old people cancers at 50.

Most of all, stop fucking panicking. If you're in a high risk group, get the shot, and if you're not why knock another telomere generation off your immune system? There are worse things than flu that you'll be needing it for.
