Afghanistan...I guess I just don't "get it"

Help me out here please.

Trust.

Who here thinks that the people of Afghanistan will ever trust a foreign power on their soil considering all they have been through for thousands of years?

Isn't security for the people secured first with the trust of the people?

How can trust ever be secured with civilians dying from "friendly fire"?

1. The USA uses the standard bullying tactics used by many despots
like Columbus, Hitler, etc..just barge in and throw shit around and make sure you have some lying propaganda to back you up.
You are asking the War machine to think like a mature adult..unfortunately it is composed of screaming little children having temper tantrums.
