Our "Liberal Media"...we need to get our money back.
For being "owned" by us, they sure don't know how to work for us. Can we get rid of them now?

1. Yeah really
I noticed that not a single MSM source reported positively about Pres. Obama winning the Nobel Peace Prize. By the afternoon on Friday, it seemed that this very real honor was the biggest liability you could hang on someone. I am so proud that a sitting president won this prestigious award and so ashamed that the honor is tarnished by pet newsreaders.

This is just one example. Every bit of good news, of progress away from the Bush train wreck, is twisted to be negative or worse, ignored. The stock market almost broke 10,000 today. That is a 3000 point gain since Bush ruined the economy. Hard to minimize such a leap back to the past, but they're doing it.

And MSM keeps legitimizing the likes of Limbaugh, breathlessly commenting on his opinion of Obama's award, the uncivil Rep. Alan Grayson--J.C. where was MSM when the repugs said and did worse?-- in a sane world hate mongers like Limbaugh would be wrapped up in a rubber room.

Good luck getting your money back--we didn't buy a liberal media, someone else owns them. Control the media, control the message.

2. I haven't ever found ANY really liberal media - certainly nothing as left as I am.
I've been looking since 1966.
There is always one or two kind of mid-way polite left things like Huffington, but the really left is pretty much not represented at all.

3. Have you checked out Grit TV with Laura Flanders
or Amy's show? Both can be streamed and iirc, both are also archived.

More and more I rely on small productions like those for news. Gay USA, Mosaic (on LINK Tv) for news of the Middle East. Balkanized but much better than the "mainstream" cable stuff.

4. I just took that interactive test over at Vanity Fair, and they asked for my Motto.....
I said...."the media stinks like 10 year old Camembert!"

It is what it is.....

But now I think it's more like a pox on our houses!
