John Berlau, Competitive Enterprise Institute. I already got on this morning, we need a Duer to tell him what time it is.

John Berlau is director of the Center for Investors and Entrepreneurs at the Competitive Enterprise Institute.

Berlau has written about the impact of public policy on entrepreneurship and capital markets for many publications including the Washington Examiner, The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, Investor's Business Daily, and National Review. He has been cited or quoted in The New York Times, Washington Post, and Financial Times. He is a frequent guest on many radio and television programs including CNBC's "The Call" and "Closing Bell" MSNBC's "The Situation" with Tucker Carlson and , and the "Your World with Neil Cavuto" on Fox News.

4. No, it was in the first half hour.
Usually they just ask a question and ask people to call in.

I'm a WJ total junkie. It's always so much better than anything else in the morning because you get to hear the people.

My best call ever, imo, was when I got through to the CEO of Marriott Industries, his named just happened to be Marriott, and I asked him how much he made and what was the salary of his lowest paid employee.

His answer? He took a pay cut so he was only making about 3 million in 2008 instead of his usually 12 million. He said the lowest paid was most likely house cleaning and that was around 12 dollars an hour. That's a lie. Housekeeping makes minimum wage.

I love it, this guy is getting torn apart by the way.
