My family came to America through Canada, from Ireland. Many stayed there. Use to go every summer up to an island and visit Grandma and everyone. Always loved it.

17. BOTH sides of mine came through Canada. Dad's from Shrewsbury, Mom's deported from Liverpool and

sent as slave labor to Canada. Two little kids - ages 8 and 9 - sent to work on SEPARATE - farms outside Montreal.
