Obama Job Approval Plus 16% in Latest Gallup Poll
Edited on Sat Oct-10-09 04:28 PM by louis c
54% to 38%. Plus sixteen points.

So when assholes tell you that Barack Obama has fallen on his face, show them the facts. He won the Presidency by 7% or 8% of the vote. Those are his real numbers.

Gallup numbers range, in reality, from plus 8% to plus 18%, depending on the political winds.

Obama is still the most popular politician in America and the Right knows it. That's why they have to make him seem a failure. That's why self described right wing "patriots" cheered when America lost the 2016 Olympics and jeered when our own President won the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize. Some patriots.

But, no matter how hard they try to stop him, our President is still working toward a better America, and it ain't easy.

3. That's a very healthy number
Obama has faced as much or more crap thrown at him than Bill Clinton had to deal with in 1993 (and that was a lot to deal with too), and yet his numbers are holding up quite well. Clinton was mired in the low 40's for much of 1993.
