I was reading the post about the Bush volunteers claiming that Bush can kick dissenters out of speeches even if they don't do anything (see here: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=389x668412 )

The laws they are citing are claiming that the Bush administration is acting as a "corporation" and can control the audience. I think that is bull since corporations aren't typically funded by taxpayers (exceptions noted).

So, what if everyone started getting Restraining orders for Bush and everyone in his administration. Think of it. Where could he go? Exactly where he wants to go: only where people won't boo him.

Then for the rest of us who don't like him, he could come to our towns or homes, costing our local gov'ts money for his protection and establishment of "free-speech zones".

The premise of the order is that Bush creates damage where ever he goes by costing taxpayers who don't want him there money to setup all of the protections and security and "green" er, I mean "free speech" zones.

You don't even need a lawyer to get a restraining order, most courts will easily grant them. Here is just one site that talks about the requirements of getting a restraining order: http://www.larcc.org/pamphlets/children_family/get_restraining_order.htm

Yes, Bush threatens me and he damages me by increasing my tax burden whenever he comes to town.

This should be a movement that gets millions of people with restraining orders and I can just visit a website with the NO-BUSH ZONES.

3. Yes it is bull.
The government, including the Executive Branch, doesn't belong to Bush and the government is not a corporation. The government is SUPPOSED to serve us, the public.
