If you disagree then make a case of why I'm wrong and we can all talk about it. Otherwise, your family, neighbors, and friends are just hateful useful idiot stooges for the Confederate party and big business while they get a chance to cry out for more Reaganism and xenophobia.

1. I agree with you
Its strange that all the fiscal conservatives didn't raise a pinky or have a tea party when the white guy was in the oval office wreaking havoc on the economy. They just all of a sudden got concerned about our economy? I don't buy it. And the idea of a "tea party" in 2009 indicates how fucking ignorant these fuckers are to American History. I've yet to get a "patriotic" conservative to tell me which one of them was forcibly prevented from voting in 2008.

2. I see old people scared by the heads on their teevees
Paultards and LaRouchers.

Laissez faire klan rally is apt (and quite funny!)

3. Just as the squeaky wheels get the grease, so do the tea parties
and the town hall meetings get the attention and media coverage. The meek may inherit the earth, but they won't win significant and life changing healthcare reform.

7. Did I co-opt the phrase? I hadn't seen it before.
I thought I was being original. Sorry, if I ripped you.

9. The Beatitudes of Jesus, Mathew 5:5
"Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth." That's the phrase to which I was referring and it is actually very well known even if not everyone knows its source.

5. got no reason to disagree. I've said since Palin's "town hall" meetings that the Klan was coming out
of the woodwork

8. I couldn't agree more. History channel had a documentary on over the weekend about the KKK.
It was frightening in that the racist anger was little different from what we see today.
