Susan Collins has the most annoying voice
I can't imagine being a senator and having to listen to her. She's got to have the most annoying voice there. Oh, wait, her buddy JoeMoe!

6. As a Mainer, nobody I know sounds like her.
She sounds like a stoned kindergarten teacher to me.

7. NOBODY has a more annoying voice than Rita! No, Susan
just seems to speak v e r y slowly, and takes carful time to formeach and every sylable. I honestly wondered if she either stuttered orhad a speach difficulty as a child. I do have to say though, I agree with MOST of what she says. She's a very thoughtful lady.

I think she's on Prozac or something. She sounds drugged to me.
