are not quite so bad. He doesn't make statements after the everyday horror in Iraq. The crazed shooter in Virginia is dead, and the war goes on.

1. That son of a bitch isn't horrified
the only thing that has horrified him the past 7 years is Henry Waxman getting subpoena power. He is a heartless, cold bastard, just like his base.

17. He was raised by GHWB and Babs to have NO conscience,
to be the useful tool of their class. They have succeeded beyond their wildest dreams.

2. That's the brutal truth, isn't it.
The War mongers in this nation should feel as much "shock" when innocent Iraqi's die every day as they do with this Virginia Tech shooting.

8. ~900,000 to a million.
If you extrapolate, and assume the violence hasn't increased in the last year.

5. You can bet Bush will travel to Virginia and, will do all he to divert attention from the...
hearings. Maybe that sounds cruel, but how many have suffered under Gonzo?

7. I'm still reeling from the report that Shrub...

...used a three syllable word. I'm guessing his spokesperson ad libbed "horrified" and now Bush's handlers are giving him a crash course in how to pronounce the word before his speech - which will be, according to CNN "personal and emotional." Good to see that CNN's crystal ball is working, giving them uncanny insights into Shrub's emotional state a full hour before he experiences the emotions himself.

Shrub doesn't really feel any more about this than he does about Iraq. Psychopathic narcissists are incapable of empathy.

10. I hate the bastard, too, but he pretty much has to say something.
He can't say "Damn, this is going to take away coverage of the Alberto Gonzalez hearing," or "Wow, this proves my point about gun control." This to him is a formality, like signing a bill, bombing innocent people, filling recess appointments to taunt a political opponent... routine.

I wonder how long his staff searched a thesaurus to come up with "horrified," though? Seems like they could have put a little more effort into their adjectives.

11. Bloody Handed Bush has no right to address anyone about Senseless Killing
He's responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people.

12. Bush gets off on this kind of carnage
If he's horrified about anything it's that there's not enough video of the shootings for him to watch.

Watch his demeanor when he addresses the nation about it - I'll be he has trouble controlling the smirk.

18. Hey george, fuck off
The last time that shit for brains was "horrified" was when he sneezed and 4 grams of coke went blowing off the table. Does anybody in America really believe this guy is truly "horrified" by this?

Gonna rail on Clinton, too? He was President during the time those sanctions were in place.
