Seems like every time the MSM interviews one of them the number of votes needed in the Senate to pass Healthcare Reform goes UP!

They get credit for boldness ... and arrogance, hypocrisy, etc.

10. They're simply full of it. I guess somebody needs to point out that they barely
passed, with holding voting open and a ton of arm-twisting, Medicare Part D.

11. Breaking news: Senate Majority Leader: Health care reform dead without 75 votes
Washington (laconicsax):

Senate majority leader Harry Reid (D-Nevada) said in an interview today that in light of recent Republican comments, he believes a minimum of 75 votes are needed to enact health care reform legislation stating, "If we can't find a rule outlining circumstances under which a bill can pass the Senate with fewer than 75 votes, health care reform may be dead." Democratic Senators have since started a frantic search through the Senate rulebook to find a loophole that would allow them to pass health care legislation with fewer than a 3/4 majority.

13. It should be 70-75 to pass a tax cut.
Since Republicans can't figure out how to balance a budget.

14. There ought to be lots of video in the can showing Repubs threatening the 'nuclear option'...
... when they had control of Congress.

Time for Dems to get that video out, dust it off, and run it with a message for the Repubs .... welcome to our world!

70-75 votes to pass HCR? I don't think so.

15. Would Be Nice If Someone Would Remind Grassley/Repubs that 'elections have consequences'...
... that was the rallying cry when Repubs controlled Congress and threatened to use the nuclear option if DEMs didn't roll over for them.

And any MSM talking head can have the same fun, reminding these charlatans of their past ... maybe with a little video replay to bring home the point.
