1. So long as they aren't BIG planes, no one cares.
Jesus, that site is incredible--it's like Worrywart Central!!!! Anyone with OCD about "horrible events" would spin like a top at the sight of that site! So, I'd recommend not citing it to any Nervous Nellies!!!

2. Oh Yeah???

U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe and an aide escaped injury Thursday when the small plane the Oklahoma Republican was flying spun out of control after landing at Tulsa's Jones Riverside Airport.

"No scrapes or bruises. No nicks or cuts. No injuries at all," said Danny Finnerty, Inhofe's long-time aide, who was sitting behind the senator in the two-seat aircraft.

"We walked away from the plane."

5. Well, there will always be an exception to that rule if someone famous is on the plane, but the
plane size, in that case, isn't the controlling factor. It's the FAME of the individual that controls. If Buddy Holly, the Big Bopper, and Ricardo Valenzuela went down in a hundred seater, it would still be the same sort of news. Same with Paul Wellstone. When the US Olympic skating team died in a large commercial plane, that was big news, too --because it happened overseas, and it involved American Olympic athletes.

If you are famous and walk away, they cover it. If you are famous and die, they cover it. But if you're neither, the odds are that coverage of your death in a small craft will be limited.

3. I can't seem to understand the web site
Is there some basic causes?
Frankly I am not surprised with 4th party mechanics, little oversight and air traffic controllers that are overworked and underpaid.

4. friend owns mortuary
and even tho main home is in Sun Valley 300 miles away refuses to buy airplane.

"Have learned as most of clients are from plane crashes I don't want one"

it's true...we live in remote area and everyone wants a plane...and they crash.
