3. It was the elementary school principal
There are letters going to the School Committee, the Superintendant, our local Representatives and Congress people. Maybe that's over kill but I am PISSED

Send them some variation of the brilliant note that Lerkfish sent to the local Superintendent of schools:

At this school you have a D.A.R.E. program. You teach our children not to give in to peer pressure to take drugs, to dare to stand up for their principles and do what is right, no matter if all their friends pressure them into doing what is wrong.

You teach them to ignore the pressure from others to steer them in the wrong direction. As educators, you pat yourselves on the back for this good work. And it IS good work.

It is just a shame you seem to have forgotten to teach yourselves the same lessons.

Recently, this school did not allow my son to see a speech directed to him and other students by the President of the United States of America. Let that sink in a bit: you silenced the highest elected official in this country.
