Wacko Alert: prosecute Obama for “Eligibility” Fraud and Treason. - meeting on 9/11 and 9/12
American Grand Jury will sponsor a Rally and Petition signing event in Washington DC on 9/11 and 9/12 - You are welcome to join us!

Present - September 12th, 2009

The event will be held on the steps of Judge Lamberth’s Washington DC District Courthouse at 9:00 AM EDT on both days (9/11 and 9/12). Each rally will last approximately 1-hour which gives everyone time to attend their own planned events and functions.

The purpose of our rally is to show support for all the citizens who will be traveling to Washington DC and to give notice to the Court that we have had enough of “politics as usual.” It is time for our Judiciary in this country to take action against Obama.

Our American Grand Jury petition will demand that Judge Lamberth act upon our “Motion to Reconsider.” The Motion asks the Court on behalf of “We the People” to prosecute Obama for “Eligibility” Fraud and Treason.

PLEASE CONTACT Mack Ellis if you are able to come to the rally at the Courthouse. Mack will be organizing and leading the event. You can contact Mack here:

I usually shy away from posting this kind of stuff, but this was too good to pass up. Anyone going to be in DC at the time? Oh and looky, an email address from the organizer.....if you get a reply, post it here on du :)

(and UGH a relative forwarded an email to me about all this, will work on crafting a polite but pointed email. What is a nice way to tell someone they are an idiot?)

1. I should take my long walk down to the Capitol to see what's up. I have dark skin so they'll
probably be a lot of blank stares. :)

2. Screw um
Hey what is this crap about 'we the people' I am definitely one of 'the people' and I am without a doubt not part of their ignorant group. What there are doing is nothing but Republican politics as usual. I wonder if it hurts to be that stupid.

9. They use the word 'people' loosely
These folks are 3 hairs shy of being baboons. I'm sure if you put a papier-mache leopard on the Mall, there would be great cries of alarm as the troop scurries to climb the nearest tree.

Wack-a-doodle Weekend.

Tell your relatives that because you love them, you don't want to see them make idiots out of themselves, and to just quit watching and listening to whatever is driving them to do this.

10. Orly Taitz has her big hearing tomorrow
I found some links... but some I don't want to click on. The story before was that her website had a virus.

click at your own risk...

This is really how the following reads. Federak court?

Federak Court Hearing On Merits of Evidence
By CaptainAstro on September 7, 2009 7:26 AM | No Comments | No TrackBacks
Dr. Orly Taitz Esq. will appear in Federal Court on Tuesday morning, Sept 8, 2009, to produce evidence and discuss the merits of the case against "Barack Obama." This is the first time a Judge has been willing to hear evidence against "Obama," even though multiple lawsuits have been drawn up by multiple attorneys for better than a year now.
Updates will be provided as the news comes in.

Location: Federal Court building in Santa Ana, CA

Time/Date: 8:00 AM Pacific Tuesday, September 8th 2009

Judge: David O. Carter

Unrelated but shows her incompetence big time:

Since you asked, these birther toons could be a relatively nice way to let these people know what you think of their cognitive prowess.

15. Hyack, hyack, "motion to reconsider"
Also known as the poor party's appeal. Sounds like they lost and can't quite get over it. I hope nobody in this mob does anything stupid. In 30 years of working in the courts, I have found that judges dislike being told what to do, and federal judges really dislike it. Anybody gets out of line round the courthouse might just find out that the federal marshals don't much care for people threatening judges.

18. And the response will be, "Denied. Next case?"
End of appeal.

Like you said, Federal judges see themselves sitting on a level only slighty lower than the Almighty's, but still act like they are God.

Younger brother served in Atlanta Federal District Court for twenty years. Lots of stories there.
