A "silent" thread. The absurdity is overwhelming, but for some reason they show up regularly and are filled with "silent" responses (usually represented by one or more ".'s") and no one ever seems to notice the shear stupidity of them. They even get recommended!!! Yeah, nothing so interesting or poignant as a thread full of nothing.

I'll never get it but enjoy the laugh.
