Are we a community or a bunch of looting pirates grabbing all we can for ourselves ?

I pick community , love thy neighbor . Even Republicans .

Since blue cross of California gets $12,000 on my family's behalf and decides to pay it's CEO and stockholders $4,000 of that $12,000
I get denied Coverage for my disabled son .

I work with disabled children , I sure wish my job was more valued by our society , perhaps then I could afford the $4,000 a year I get left with after insurance has paid what it will.

Thank goodness I don't have to Buy police insurance or firefighter insurance .

All Americans deserve the same Quality of Care regardless of their station in life .

No American deserves to lose Everything that he has worked his whole life for just because they get sick .

Americans Deserve The Very Best ..All of us ! That is the American Way.

5. I am glad to hear that you favor a single-payer system.

As such, I'll be expecting you to call your Senators and Representative and insist that they vote against HR 3200 (and the similar bills working their way through Congress) and insist, instead, that they support HR 676. Only a single-payer system will achieve the goals you outlined above.

:patriot: My family was damned near bankrupted by Blue Cross/Blue Shield of TN years ago when I was the one with the illness.

Oh, and I determined a loooong time ago that 'love thy neighbor - even republicans' means that I don't strangle them. :rofl: But I am surrounded by the extra special crazy southern republicans who are extra special mean and lacking in thinking skills.
