talkingpointsmemo.com's new daily video piece is highly addictive.
I've heard Joshuah Micah Marshall on Franken before, and always thought he was a sharp journalist, but the style and compact nature of his new daily video piece really makes me think this really is the new model for journalism. The video is unconcerned with set or hairstyle, but is extremely well-edited for content and focus. This is great thinking, very hip, and a great way to cut across the chatter.

It's for intelligent, information-based people. He's becoming a real media powerhouse. I love this guy.

I also trust his analytical instincts. Reserved, but very, very willing to do the hard work. He carries the flag of Murrow with honor and skill. The few. The proud.

2. One of the best bloggers on the Internet.
Anyone who's been reading TPM for years knows that Josh is pure gold when it comes to journalistic standards. But apparently Brian Williams has never heard of Talking Points Memo.

3. Yep, I know what you mean....
Along with keeping up with FDL, DU, Huffpo, and PTC, I spend way too much time on the internets!

This is great reporting and analysis.
