"The Firm" vs. Bush White House w.r.t. the deleted emails.
Does anyone remember the 90's movie "The Firm" where Tom Cruise's character gets every member of Bendini Lambert and Locke on hundreds of counts of wire fraud?

Well the penalty for that was 5 year per count.

Obstruction of justice is 20 years per count. How many emails did they say were missing? 5 million?

See you in 100 million years Karl Rove, et.al...

8. Actually he got them on mail fraud
(I just watched the movie a few weeks ago). Everytime the firm mailed an invoice to a client that they knew contained fradulent charges they were using the U.S. mail to commit a crime. He compared it to the Feds getting Al Capone for tax fraud. Actually, this whole DOJ thing is like getting Al Capone for his taxes - all the crimes they've committed and they go down for this? Oh well, it's better than nothing.
