I have a deep sense of mortality this morning...
I sense a deep loss with the passing of Teddy Kennedy. I am hoping we can pass health care reform in his memory. He would like that.

1. Agreed. It would be the best tribute. The bill should be named after him.

We can all work for that. We can all, in our way, try to be Teddy, in whatever way we can.

Despite them we will get it through with a public option, hell go for single payer people!

4. The Circle Of Life...
I tend to sense mortality when its someone younger; cut down in their prime. The loss of Ted Kennedy is the loss of a constant in my life. He's always been in the Senate, always could be counted on to fight the good fight and always cast the right vote. His leadership during this healthcare debate has been sorely missed. I truly hope his spirit will now guide passage of a public option and other important reforms.

6. Yeah, me too...
Having grown up in the era of the Kennedys, seeing the last brother pass gives me a heavy heart and a feeling that the era is drawing to a close...
