I didn't see it until Hissyspit posted it. This bears repeating.

Obama needs to FIRE Holder and replaced with a strong bulldog Democratic AG that'll indict the criminals of 2000-2008. That includes Rove, GWB, Cheney, Rummy, and others that have illegally prosecuted people for nothing.

If he and/or Holder know of crimes, it is their duty and obligation to investigate and prosecute them. To not do so makes them complicit.

Not that I think BUSH and cheney shouldn't be prosecuted but proescutors choose not to prosecute cases they don't think they can win all the time. That doesn't make them guilty of a cover up. A cover up would be if Holder was destroying evidence that can be used in a prosecution and I haven't seen anything to suggest that (considering that he wants to move forward with a prosecution).
