Cong. Joe Barton Townhall, Lovelady, TX comments
Over at Da freeps:

Rep. Joe Barton (TX)declines to write letter to SCOTUS

Posted on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 12:03:51 AM by charlie72

I attended Rep. Joe Barton's Town Hall in Lovelady, TX tonight. I explained that these issues and problems are the result of having socialists in the WH and things will get worse. When I asked Rep. Barton to write a letter to SCOTUS demanding BHO produce birth certificate and release all other documents or resign from office, Rep. Barton declined, saying BHO is a citizen born in Hawaii, but he might sign such a letter if some other reps started it.

Barton explained to the crowd of about 500 that the newspapers had the birth announcement. He said if Barack wasn’t eligible, Hillary would have made it public to avoid running against him. Of course, Hillary was convinced already she would be the nominee. Obama was not a threat at that point. It is obvious Barton has not done his homework. Aug. 29, petitions for secession will be presented to some states. One lousy little letter to SCOTUS from a rep just might make a difference. Who knows what Obama will do the next 3 and a half years.

Joe Barton is the twit that thinks CO2 is OK because it's in your Coke. And he thought he stumped the Sec. of Energy over continental drift/plate tectonics. :banghead:

He has also taken $2,600,000.00 from Health care Lobbyists according to Keith Olbermann.

:wtf:

1. "Aug. 29, petitions for secession will be presented to some states."
I suspect my home state of Texas will be one of them. Looks like we'll be moving to Port Angeles sooner than Hubby thought.

2. Eeee gods! He knows the President was
born in Hawai'i but will sign a letter requesting more documentation..whatever.

Don't they remember Mark Penn was scouring around Obama's kindergarten papers? He doesn't think Penn would go back 5 more years and check that situation out? Wonder if Penn thinks about what might have been if he had gone birfer?:silly:
