They're not done. The minute they get one thing they want they go right on to the next. I'm sure they have a long wish list for the Democratic majority to fill.

So what do we give them next?

Tax cuts for the rich?

How about welfare reform. Repeal food stamps and unemployment benefits. Put the poor in slave labor camps.

I know let's bomb Venezuela. That commie has been feeding the poor against our will. Let's invade the country and privatize the oil.

How about making unions illegal and punishable by death?

Or let's do more banking de-regulation. Wall Street deserves more FREEDUM!

Drill baby drill. Off the coast of California and everywhere else.

And forget global warming that's just a hoax. Close down the EPA

And the FDA

And the Department of Education

Give all the money to the Pentagon for more wars and more wars.

Let's close down all the public schools and build children's prisons. They'll love that.

7. No standing up

Till at least after the 210 elections. This was the republican plan all along on the health care issue, keep anything from happening this year, and then no democrat will touch it after December for fear of losing their bid for re-election! Republicans will use it to get votes by saying the democrats had nothing, otherwise they would have passed it. They will accuse democrats of being weak, and come up with some BS about "their" plan, which once the elections are over will be the same as all their other plans, gone and forgotten!

I wish the president would get a whole lot tougher, and start telling those in congress on the democrat side who are not supporting him on this, that if he goes down, so will they! Change has to happen from the top down, and when it's obvious that the republicans aren't going to help, tell them simply we will do it with or without you, makes no difference. Tell the democrats who are holding things up that he will be supporting a challenger in the primaries, and see what happens! He can also tell those democrats that are not on board that their chances of getting anything they want from the president are just not going to happen if they don't play ball!

The president has to play hardball now, and he has to put the republicans in their place. They don't make the rules, and he should let them do so. I just hope he has a plan, and that this is part of it, because I am afraid that if he doesn't follow through on this with a "real" public option, then it will anger a lot of those who voted for him on this issue, and I think that is a whole lot of people. He can get the ball back, but he needs to do it fast before the republicans get to far down the road with it.

If we can't raise the money then seize the assets of loyal Dems to pay for it cause we wouldn't want the conservatives to get angry!

10. I'm putting repealing Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid on the list.

We need to get that done before 2010. Because it will be unpopular so we need to make sure the Democrats get blamed for it. We wouldn't want the people to get mad at the Republicans. They might lose seats in 2010 and that would make them unhappy.

him around in front of the other prisoners? That's what the conservatives are trying to do to Obama. That's why they keep demanding he throw his base under the bus. They started this in the primary when they demanded he throw Rev Wright under the bus.

It's not good enough for them to win. They want to humiliate him and make him despised by his base and then the public. Weak like a snitch or a traitor with no loyalty to anyone.

This is their plan and every time we give in to them they get closer to their goal.
