They fear the government because they gave it power over our lives ...

Yanno, our beloved judiciary tradition, the death penalty, is hardly acceptable in the rest of the "civilized" world. And voluntarily offering over 5,000 troops (so far) to merry slaughter in the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan? Hell, they CHEERED it!

Why wonder why they're afraid their government will convene "death panels"? We have them now. They're called juries.

They cheered (!) our newly created right to torture (dark) people. They fear what they created.

Why did we grant our govenment the right to kill us? It should be repealed.

1. I always thought the Military should be able to Unionize
Like the rest of government employees. Then they would have a say in whether or not a war is necessary, or overly unsafe, and be able to strike if conditions became too bad, like lack of equipment and poor working conditions. Hell, if every army in the world would unionize, there'd be no more war!:bounce:

3. Their "freedoms" were removed by the Smirk**
Take your shoes off when boarding a plane
Illegal wiretaps without warrants
And the spending? They have their panties in a twist over that, another gift from the administration
who came into office with a surplus that's now trillions of dollars that the US is in debt. Our grandchildren will still be paying for the Smirk's mistakes.
