hair unkempt, tired, voice strained.

3. He is a diabetic. Sometimes he looks like he went through hell.

I feel the same way when my blood sugar is too high or too low. You feel, well...crappy. As a diabetic, sometimes its hard to get my blood sugar to stay on track and you just have some bad days now and then. He has looked this way before.

4. He always looks bad when he's not in his studio.
They have great lighting in the studio which makes him look a lot younger than he is.

He also needs a haircut - at least to make him look like he usually does.
