Arlen Specter doing a poor job at his Town Hall...
Rather than dispute the misinformation about the Health Care bill elements, he's simply saying that they're "not in the Senate bill"; he's also not sounding terribly energetic.

1. He's trying to play it both ways since he's got an election coming up...
Being nice to the nutjobs without endorsing their crazy talk helps him stay in office.

He's afraid to hurt anyone's feelings...

I don't understand why he would even consider indulging a question like "What are you gonna do about protecting our freedoms?"
