4. Put the talk bubbles on the guys sitting down--have them yell at the
guy standing up "Yew want COMMUNISM!! Yew wanna KILL OLD PEOPLE and CRIPPLED BAY-BEES!!!" while the guy standing up tries to ask about Single Payer...!

3. Thanks For Posting That Image, Jody.

It's been kicking around in my head ever since the thuggish disruptions of meetings began. Rockwell, as corny as he could sometimes be, really nailed the ideal with this painting---the common-man clothing amongst the coat-and-tie crowd, the speaker's tentative body stance and facial expression, the admiring and supportive expressions of the seated attendees. Good stuff.....

6. They are not admiring and supportive
It is well known that the intent of the painting was to show people who did not like what they were hearing.

The others in the photo want nothing more than for that guy to sit down.

But they sit and listen.

The first Amendment is there to protect offensive speech, not polite speech. Polite speech never needs protection.
