Man, them poor bastards must really be hurting. Don't you think? No extra money to gas up their second yacht. I bet they are squealing like little piggies at the thought of losing that.

2. Another tax "cut" would merely increase the rate at which they increase their bank account
Previous tax cuts are still in effect, so no, they are not hurting.
