I have a question about Sibel Edmonds...

What she knew about is many years old. Why would someone want to prevent her from giving testimony about something that is at least 5 years old? And it seems that most of those involved are not even in government any more. What is the deal?

(I will honestly admit that I did not know anything about this till today when I read about her here in DU and linked to some sources to get more info..)

1. Because what she knows about is government illegalities.

Because some of the highest folks in on the shenanigans are still in congress. Because the CIA is involved, and they haven't quit.

And until this year, there wasn't an administration that was willing to listen to her. The last administration was more interested in hiding information than bringing it to light.
