Does the US need foreign election monitors in 08?

Considering that the Justice department has become a corrupt political tool of the RNC, there is no one that will be monitoring our next federal election. So how do we ensure the the justice department will not engage in voter intimdation or use it's position to launch false investigations or prosecutions to distort the election results. Who is going to ensure a fair and honest election?

Now that the democrats are in charge maybe they will. I have one request and I wish to hell it would come true. That Karl Rove is arrested and jailed and sent up the river to a big big bubba cell mate.

and a verifiable paper trail. Second, we need foreign election observers to make certain democracy is not stolen from us again. If we're going to act like a third world dictatorship, then we should be treated like a third world dictatorship.
