Thanks to Rachel Maddow again! Lately some of our Republican friends and family have been sending emails around stating that "Obama wants to start "death camps" for older and disabled people". Rachel puts this to bed very nicely!

The whole segment is great and the end part is about that idiocy that some people are talking about older people being sent to "death camps" if Health Care Reform passes.

And please remind them also Medicare is "government run" health insurance! We should be talking about the best answer to this crisis not screaming and listening to the huge HMO run groups run by people who are scarred to loose their millions of $$$$.

2. how come my 94 year old great-aunt is being kept alive and is well taken care of in

a facility for those with ALZ in Germany?

Have other older relatives there and in England who are also being well taken care of. These idiots should get such (essentially free) care from their insurers.

The only people putting the elderly and sick to death are private insurance co.s here who continuously deny claims, tests, medicines and coverage for profit.

you will only hit a brick wall. They will not listen to anything... They think that limbaugh and his cohorts are telling the truth and everyone else is lying. They think that everyone in other countries want what WE have and are kicking down the door to get our great health care system... For some reason that part of their brain that can tell the reality from the lie has been disconnected somewhere along the way.
