You know what would solve the teabagger bullshit? Debate them!

And by "debate" I don't mean you or I debating a random teabagger. I mean our elected officials need to do it.

When the teabaggers start acting up, the Democratic politician shouldn't have any of them arrested. Instead, have his or her aides pick the most obnoxious one and lead him or her backstage. Put that person into television makeup, put him behind a podium and force him to debate, on live television. Make sure to stop him every time he tries to fall back on RNC/FreedomWorks canned talking points. Just embarrass the living shit out of the teabagger. At some point even the hardest-core teabagger will have to admit, once the "rationed care," "death panel" and "gramma whacking" points are taken away from him, it's not a bad plan. And worse--it will create Jobs! Yes! If someone who pays his people $25,000 per year no longer has to pay $50,000 to buy them health insurance, he can hire two more people! For FREE!

One of two things will happen: either the orchestrated protests will end because the teabaggers will fear they'll be grabbed at random, stuck in front of a television camera and forced to defend their bullshit, or the guy in Los Angeles who makes television makeup is going to get very rich in very short order. Both are good.

These town halls are scheduled in batches, right? I guarantee some freeper getting dragged on stage only to hear "no, that's not right; no, that's wrong; no, who told you that?, are you being funded by FreedomWorks?" every time he spews some manufactured "talking point," will make the news. After it happens two or three rounds of town halls in a row, the fuckers will NOT go there because of the fear they're going to wind up on television looking like an idiot.
