Bush Practices Recycling - Using the troops over and over again.
Only by demanding multiple tours and extended tours has this evil administration avoided swallowing the poison pill of THE DRAFT.
They know...they KNOW that reinstating the Draft would IMMEDIATELY erode any/all support for this illegal war. So, in yet another obscene denial of reality, Bush** has once again avoided the Draft by recycling our troops. The only recycling Bush know.
