You'd make money and at least we would know we could get some affordable health care if we needed it on the same continent.

2 x's our monthly fees plus the same taxes we pay to cover all the costs.
Mind you, it would still be cheaper. Since our health care is "not for profit" it might just lower our taxes?
On the other hand, if you just dropped the pentagon budget by 30% everyone could have free health care and never leave home.
