Overhead at my library yesterday...

While I was working with a librarian on finding a book title a man stepped up to the desk and said to the other librarian. "You see standing before you another helpless man." <So cute!> He got help with his problem and walked away.

Then the next man stepped up and said he needed to order a book, "Common Sense". The librarian looked up, smiled and asked, "Thomas Paine?". To which the guy responded, "NO! Glenn Beck!".

I found those two old farts amusing. Except that the second guy seemed like an angry type even before he opened his mouth. But I still think of him and chuckle even if I don't really know why.

But I guess the librarian was still at his Beck and call.

Last week i saw books by Colter, Limbaugh, Kathy Harris, Ollie North, William Shatner, O'Reilly, and a few others for sale at the dollar store.
