5. Roberts would be more comparable, as he was Bush's 1st Justice Pick. That was 22 Dems Voting for.

On July 19, 2005, President Bush nominated Roberts to the U.S. Supreme Court to fill a vacancy that would be left by the resignation of Justice Sandra Day O'Conner. Roberts was the first Supreme Court nominee since Stephen Breyer in 1994.

Do you know how many repukes voted for Breyer? Ginsburg? Waay more than 22.
Breyer was confirmed by a vote of 87-9 and Ginsburg by a vote of 96-3.

1st pick to 1st pick.....

Since I wasn't sure why you were comparing Sotomayor to Alito to begin with, I'd figure I'd have my say.
