have ever USED IT? I used to think the same thing. The premiums were deducted from my paycheck every week, and I almost never used the service. Once in a while I made a Dr. visit and the $20 copay was no big deal. THEN I broke my ankle three years ago. My OP expenses were $2800!!!! Our total family income was $22,000/yr and I sure didn't have a spare $2800 hanging around!

It's similar but worse than car insurance. You think all is fine until you try to use it. Then you find out it's not nearly as great as you thought!
