at least for cnn.com visitors. Of course, not only is this meaningless in terms of the sample, but the questions are carelssly phrased to say the list. Best example of the bunch: rate your senators! Are they twins? I live in IL; how do you "grade" Durbin and Burris together???

4. It's not bad. Over 50% give him an A or B. At this stage even a C is ok because its so early

and so incomplete at this point. The thing is until we are truly in an economic recovery with unemployment beginning to fall that Obama's approval will not be sky high. Look at Reagan, in early '83 he had an approval rating in the 30's and Mondale was beating him in the polls and he won with 59% in November, 1984. People get too wrapped up in polls and they shouldn't especially at this point.

being so "librul", whereas my disappointment is in his not being nearly progressive enough!

It is always in the form of a question, like, "Is Obama doing the right thing or not?" Course we know who owns the media, all of them.
