Obama 'mama': 15 days from birth to Seattle class Dunham signed up for class work just 2 weeks out of delivery room

By Jerome R. Corsi

Stanley Ann Dunham, Barack Obama's mother, was registered for college classes in Seattle only 15 days after reportedly delivering her first-born child in Honolulu, according to school records obtained by WND.

How Dunham was able to travel the 2,680 air miles from Honolulu to Seattle only a few days after the birth of her baby is not disclosed in the currently available public record concerning President Obama's birth.

Nor is there anything on the public record to explain how Dunham managed to find an apartment and relocate with her infant son so she could begin taking university classes within 15 days of the baby's birth.

Look at the document.

She didn't attend the school until months after giving birth.

13. This has been in play for about a year.
This has been well known.

The September 1961 courses were correspondence courses. It says so right there on the transcript.

she didn't physically attend classes until the Spring quarter of '62.

The record is quite clear, but it was this one that prompted Phil Berg to actually file a "Canadian Birth Certiicate" that had been signed by Dudley Dooright in one of his federal Birther suits.

She took correspondence courses from HI in 1961, per the transcript. She moved to Seattle in Jan 1962, according to the babysitter. Then WND wants to know why these accounts differ from Obama's book, which said they moved there in 1962. Um, they did.

Mary Toutonghi, according to an interview published in the Seattle Chat Club blog, claimed to have baby-sat for the future president at Dunham's Seattle apartment in January and February 1962. The Toutongi interview provides no information about Dunham arriving in Seattle to begin classes in the autumn of 1961.

***

In an interview with WND, Toutonghi said she baby-sat for infant Obama "for two or three months, when he was seven months old," adding "it was in the spring."
Given Obama’s birth Aug. 4, 1961, this would put the dates Toutongi baby-sat infant Obama in February and March 1962.

***

This now-documented account of President Obama's birth timeline differs dramatically from the narrative the president told in his autobiography "Dreams from My Father."

In that book, Obama claimed his mother remained with him in Hawaii until 1962 when supposedly Barack Obama Sr. made the decision to abandon Ann Dunham and Barack Obama Jr. in Hawaii because Harvard did not provide sufficient funds for him to take his family with him to Cambridge, Mass., to begin his studies in September 1962.

20. The Farah moron said that only the rich could afford to fly
in 1961. I had a hard time finding airfares for that year, but I did find that a trip from Chicago to San Francisco cost a princely $185.

I'm sure a trip from Hawaii was a bit more expensive, but you didn't have to be rich to fly. Tons of people flew to Hawaii that year. No biggie, although it wasn't a cheap trip.

How was she supposed to get from Hawai'i to Seattle? Swim? Ship?

Flying was more expensive in terms of real dollars than it is today, but it was still done for special occasions. My first flight was in 1956: I remember very little about it.

27. So ... they no longer claim he was born in Kenya?
Edited on Wed Aug-05-09 02:47 PM by BattyDem

It seems that they're now saying he was born in Hawaii, but they're claiming his mother lied about the date she moved to Seattle, or at the very least, she was wrong to move to Seattle because she abandoned her husband. Um ... so what?

They also claim his parents never lived together as husband and wife after Barack's birth. Again ... so what?

They're also saying that Barack lied in his book about when his mother moved to Seattle. One more time ... SO WHAT???

It sounds like they're new strategy is to question his mother's integrity, which is not only sleazy because she's not here to defend herself, it's totally meaningless in the debate about Barack's eligibility to be POTUS.

In other words ... WTF are they talking about???

On edit: What's the whole bit with the babysitter about? Who gives a f*ck?

36. It's criminal that Obama does not remember every detail of the first year of his life!
And didn't get it right in his book. I mean, he was there, he should know all the details of what his Mom did when he was in diapers. :silly:

My own mother does not remember the details of the first few months of my life and got it wrong telling me about it when I was in my teens! She used to tell me that the neighbors, describing them by name, didn't know she had an infant until I was old enough to walk.

Problem with that story is that we didn't live next those neighbors when I was an infant. We lived in a company town five miles away and the house I remember growing up in was moved when I was six months old. Mom likely confused my infancy with my younger sister's infancy, since we did live there when SHE was a baby.

My parents' memories do not match the facts, so even relying on their memories does not make for an accurate narrative of my life. If Obama was relying on his mother's or his grandparents' memories, they could easily have gotten things confused on small details that don't really matter in the bigger scheme of things.

29. The babysitter is a good Democrat
I tried to email her but it bounced back. I'd love to see her correct this story.

http://www.seattlechatclub.org/museum.html

Mary Toutonghi who now lives in Soldatna Alaska, (2) recalls Barack as ³a really alert baby, very happy and a good size². She does not remember him ever crying (although she adds she is sure he likely did but does not remember any undue fussing). She recalls as best she can the dates she baby sat Barack as her daughter was 18 months old and was born in July of 1959 and that would have placed the months of baby sitting Barack in January and February of 1962.

http://redoubtreporter.blogspot.com/2009/01/obama-baby-sitter-awaits-new-era.html

She was looking forward to seeing President Obama take office, and not just for the thrill of 40 years-removed fame.

“I just think we’ve been through eight years of hell,” Toutonghi said, referring to the war in Iraq, mounting national debt and the country’s downward spiral into economic recession during President Bush’s administration.

She’s hoping the alert, inquisitive boy she once took care of now takes care of the country.

“I think he’s got a horrible job ahead of him, but he seems to be taking it in stride,” she said.

One would think that this would be done often by mail back in 1961. Maybe even one could do it by phone.

But like I said, I'm not clicking on that link so there might be more "facts" that I haven't read in the piece.

Either way, the relevance of this "breaking news" is ZERO.

This isn't Germany or Japan where you have to register
