We use Netflix and in desperation to find something "peaceful" to watch over weekend...I took a chance with it.

Wherever you can find it...I think many DU'ers will find this breathtakingly beautiful BBC Production well worth a rental for the Weekend when you have time to sink in and enjoy.

Here's a review from a non-Netflix site...so you don't think I'm promoting.

Wherever you find it...it's a an incredible view with so many interesting wild life creatures unique to China. The bats the size of bumble bees that live in bamboo stalks is just incredible wildlife photography. All those babies tucked into the bamboo stalk while the parents barely squeeze themselves out to go hunt at night is just so incredible! Bats the size of Bumblebees...just think. Plus incredible wildlife in Hunan Province and Shangri La...because of the winds across mountains...TROPICAL..who would have known? Anyway...I don't have a widescreen or plasma and the colors were incredible. Those of you with newer equipment will probably be blown away!

1. I didn't know there was a "Wild China"
I'm watching "Wild Russia" now, and DAMN... there's some mighty fine cinematography happenin' there.

2. That's what's amazing...I think of China as Smog, Pollution and Industrialization...
Apparently...there are still unspoiled spots. Post the link to "Wild Russia" that would be a good one.

We have so much doom and gloom...it's nice to see something different.

3. It's been on Animal Planet on Thursdays
for the last couple weeks. I think there are a few more shows left.
