Why would anyone block my website?

http://nativeunity.blogspot.com

What exactly does this mean? It is probably one of the most innocuous on the web with nary a four letter word and of interest to very few people? What has anyone got against the Navajo or Leonard Peltier? What should I do about this?

1. It's possible it's not about you. It's possible they're blocking all of blogspot.

2. write and ask
don't phone, you want a record of it just in case it's someone with a bad attitude. Could well be an oversight (eg based on poorly-chosen automatic word filtering or something), but there's no way to know without asking. Good blog BTW, I can see why you're so suprised.

4. Weird... could be a mistake?
I believe that much of what passes for "education" these days is pure brainwashing - but even so, I can't see why schools would intentionally be blocking that blog.

9. I tried to request a site review - but
"Only requests with a valid school e-mail address will be received."

Oh well - really no big deal!

8. One possiblity
Some right wing assholes who equate the Peltier struggle and A.I.M. with Native American driven racism.

10. Same problem. Utah college blocked mine, and I do online instruction!!
I have political material related to Native American issues too.

They just had a "no such domain" type server error message.

Also, some national networks use a "black-list" I discovered at a wi-fi coffee shop. I was blocked there too.

11. My district blocks all blogs
They don't want us reading and commenting on blogs on their time. Can't really blame them.
